IT Support – Ovo (PT. Visionet Internasional)

Job Descriptions & Key Accountabilities

  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  •  Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide desktop, Laptop, telephone system, application support to local and remote users
  • Work effectively in a team environment to monitor, log, resolve, and escalate IT issues
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, access point, networks, printers and scanners
  • Able to manage multiple tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Linux server, TCP/ IP,  windows client.
  • Experience on managing Mikrotik router, troubleshooting hardware & software, network CCTV.
  • Familiar with PC, Email and network troubleshooting.
  • Able to do problem solving & attention to details.
  • Experience with Ecentrix call center
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
