IT Support – Ovo (PT. Visionet Internasional)
Job Descriptions & Key Accountabilities
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide desktop, Laptop, telephone system, application support to local and remote users
- Work effectively in a team environment to monitor, log, resolve, and escalate IT issues
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, access point, networks, printers and scanners
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Linux server, TCP/ IP, windows client.
- Experience on managing Mikrotik router, troubleshooting hardware & software, network CCTV.
- Familiar with PC, Email and network troubleshooting.
- Able to do problem solving & attention to details.
- Experience with Ecentrix call center
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
