Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Regional office and HQ. 
  • Assisting Area Manager in administrative duties.
  • Providing support to sales department in quotation, stock taking.
  • Handling and provide export / import and all necessary documentation related to shipment.
  • Ensure office is well-maintained and in pleasant condition.
  • Basic accounting tasks.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business administrative or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years administrative experience.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn new knowledge and work under pressure.
  • Need to travel as and when required.
  • Possess valid “A” driving license.
